Grains are grown under certified organic conditions, harvested at peak maturity, and milled slowly on traditional stones. This method keeps the grain cool, preserving its natural flavour and nutrition.

From there, it’s over to us.

We hand-roll, boil, and bake every Real Bagel the old-fashioned way — right here in Mornington, on the Mornington Peninsula.

The result: a bagel that’s simple, honest, and full of life.
