Real Bagels brings the authentic New York bagel experience to Mornington.
Each bagel is hand-rolled, boiled, and baked using traditional methods — glossy crust, soft crumb, and rich flavour. It’s proper bagel craft made with love, using Australian flours and small-batch care.
A Collaboration Built on Flavour
For one morning only, Factory Cafe Mornington teams up with Real Bagels for a special popup event. Expect the full lineup of Plain, Poppy Seed, Garlic, Mixed Seed, Onion and Everything bagels, plus limited specials like jalapeño or cinnamon sultana.
Pair them with plain whipped cream cheese, smoked salmon, maple bacon or a playful cookies-and-cream (cheese) for something sweet.

Pre-orders open from Saturday 29th November at realbagels.com.au — guarantee your stash before they sell out. Walk-ups welcome on the day from 8 AM at Factory Cafe — but be quick, once they’re gone, they’re gone.
